go to any police station or npp to lodge a police report first... as long u make a report immed, u r safe...
i tink they wil tell u to go traffic police dept at ubi to replace a new one lor...
then gotta pay a sum of money lar, but me not so sure...

no one can use ur lincence to do anything , no one can buy a bike , buy hp,buy anything using a vehical lincence , everything needs [IC]
but maybe can go rent bike at malaysia hehe
