LOOPHOLE IN CLASS 2A?

  A friend of mine lost his licence last mth.Went to TP n got it replaced at $20($50 for the 2nd time).Got the replacement licence on the spot.He noticed tt his replaced licence is not RED n there is no P-PLATE chop on it.Does this mean he can go for his CLASS 2A?Does the driving centre actually call up the TP to verify?
  
  P.S His licence 4 CLASS 3 is over 2YRS but not his 2B.

  coz the driving ctr sure got ur record wan.
  
  even if so ... ur fren take tp test that time, the tester sure will screen ur ic number all these wan.

  How would the driving centre got my record?Go to a driving centre other dan the 1 tt u take 2B can? Maybe take TP tt time TP will scan so shd try to bk the test date after the 2B expire,but still can take the lesson b4 dat rite? Like dat save abt 2 mths liao rite?

  I went to take my 2A one day b4 my license expire. They told me that i can register but then cannot take the lesson. But who cares??!! I took on tat day...haha.

  The evaluator will check ur record b4 giving you ur 2A license. It is done at the same time when they check whether you have any demerit pts (or more than 12)
