Exhaust Pipe Very Hot!!

My Phantom 200 exhaust pipe so damn hot, it melted the sole of 3 of my friends' shoe!!
Any solutions??!! getting fed up cleaning those rubber sticking on the pipe... -
Ask ur friends to put their feet on the pillion footrest instead of the pipe. i pillion so many people already no complains leh.

Most people rest their heels on the footrest. i don't know why those u pillion like to put the middle of foot on peg.

ask ur frnds to position their feet in such a way tat their sole area is supported right at the edge of the footpeg and the toes pointing outwards lor....if still cannot then change a bigger footpeg

use thinner to remove the rubber. I also kenna before lucky my friend shoe thick or else, her leg finish liao, i somemore must tell her her sole melted on my exhaust then she know. I remove it the following day with thinner lor. still can remove. must be fast or else the rubber will eat into the chrome then nothing u use can clean it liao. i remove it when the exhaust pipe is not hot lor, use a coin wrap in cloth. this should do the trick.

but then i think must tell the pillion about the risk and pain if they leave their sole on the exhaust lor. most pple dun like to place their heels on the peg becoz their toes will hit the rider one. that's y they like to rest their feet on the exhaust pipe. experienced pillion rider wun do that lor. must tell them and emphasise it lor to make them remember, if still cannot, get those big platform peg lor -

yah i also intending to change to platform foot pegs... ah boy there got sell, $50 i tink.. but due to financial difficulties, can only afford to do one pair only, do mine only.. the pillion's footpeg jus leave it as original lor..
