yesterday jialat sial...haven't start work got drenched already. before go order....shirt all dry liao...but coming back wet again..the process goes on and on. drenched again when i go home too.
by the way i don't think windbreaker are water proof. they only block wind for you to prevent u from feeling cold. -

The Arai suit is pretty good, but I think I read from somewhere that Arai does not manufacture rainsuits and that those that we see on the roads here are actually made in some factory overseas and badged as Arai to be sold.
But the suit is comfortable and really water proof. Also, the yellow/back combination is better than the blue/black one because of the pants -

Well , the handwriting is not on purpose. Cos we are forced to write many things down in a very short time. we probably spend 50% of our time talking to patients, 30% thinking and let's say leave 20% to write. And the writing is mainly to document what we hear or see from the patient and what we tell the patient and how we intend to treat the patient.
In short, it's like a written record- mostly to protect ourselves that we have said something and as a written instruction as to what medication to give. So more usu it is a drudgery and we write it just so that the next dr can read. I had some difficulty reading what drs write at the start just as others have difficulty reading mine. But now i can read really bad writing.
We use technical terms to be precise, and very brief so we can save time writing short notes not long essays. It's the same way like the air traffic controller uses codewords that the pilot can understand and is usu short and brief.,
I am in clinic F but usu run ard everywhere.

Chiap Lee sells the "Arai" rainsuits. Along Serangoon Road or Jalan Besar.

Many times, i am carrying a friend in the rain , then they just cut in within inches to our right. I was really pissed.
We should do something about this, make motorists more aware of our rights as a fellow road user.
i drive a car as well. I am pretty considerate to motorcyclist! (fume!) -

Hi Ah Tee , Danuige and Istat,
Yup, you can do a lot of thing for chronic sinusitis.
Go on medical treatment, flixo, steroids are some of them.
Or for endo sinus surgery
Or for Immunotherapy/ food allergy / nasal allergy etc.
Avboid smoking and alcohol excess if you can.
Basically , only thing i can tell you is to use your flixo regularly , not just once in a while when you get the attack.
