wad went wrong??
flo, try to get a feel of the biting point of the bike before you move off. i always play with the clutch when the bike is stationary, or when i'm waiting. use your left leg and wheel the bike back a bit (check behind first hor...), then release clutch slowly and throttle up a wee bit until the bike starts moving forward, then clutch in when you want to stop (or brake lar). kinda cures boredom when the road is damn busy (esp when you're at the stopline), and most importantly you get more or less an idea of where the biting point is.
or another thing to do is when you're following those !@#$!# slow drivers, who move off bit by bit, and drive damn slowly one. for us it's damn siong cos of the blind spot checking. stop, check, ride 1m, and repeating the whole process is damn sian. when following them, don't stop completely, kick down to gear one and try to keep the bike moving by half clutching. train your slow riding, good practice for plank... eh but keep the brakes ready just in case...

to control the "wild horse" that your bike has become, clutching simply becomes more important. the power may be great, but you can affect how much of it gets transmitted to the wheels by controlling your clutch. likewise the clutching technique is important on the narrow plank. (half-clutching too much wears out the clutch-plates, but it's not your bike mar..

)
got new bikes good already lar... the bike i used today got spoilt tachometer. my friend took TP on a bike with no speedo, but in the end passed. hahaha...

BBDC must have changed the whole fleet of class 2B bikes right? cos at SSDC, the newest bikes are only given to those taking evaluations or road lessons. haiz.. explains my spoilt tacho today. which subj are you at now?
