  a)do you think people all around singapore who drive motor,cars,lorry,truck etc got license??
  
  b)Hw about old people age 50 n 60 got license oso(exple motor)?..or they juz buy and learn basic n expert already dun need to get license?..n tp dun catch people age like them as they might experience rather that those teenager who are new

  Those without licence somehow always get into an accident.

  Of course those with licence also get into accidents, but those without licence has an additional worry and therefore is bound to make a mistake sooner or later.

  Then die lor.

  Driving without licence, driving without insurance, driving without proper care or reckless driving, and most come with trying to run away after the accident also.
