im still a P-plate rider.so i not experience so hope u guys can help me out.
I recently installed my K&N filter and juz tong my pipe but my bike in gear 1 like no power and like engine like wanna die like that onli untill i rev my bike....can some one explain and help me ?????
i wanna ask tzm got wad else to modify?

take your bike for some tuning cos the air suction is too powerful.

hey aonther tzm guy.ok well, maybe becos ur bike not warm up mostly pro is ur carb tuning and ur 'hong' jet and 'you' jet.its not becos of filter me experienced that also.if wan mod ur M the very last thing u should do is ur block....tong pipe already very power liao...get use to the power b4 outa control,by the wat no. plate wat colour

i wont change or modify my block casue will have a lot of problems after that one.i alreai tong my pipe liao but have not change my sliencer(muffer).but tzm pipe inside got no filter one for the air unlike krr rite??
i tong my pipe and did not see any blockage leh....duuno tong for wad then?!?hum....anyway nice knowing so many tzm riders here..hehe

i think you remove your air filter box and installed the K&N open filter.....so that means your lower end is no good loh! but the high end damn solid. your bike now is without filter box , must rev high to get off !

Power Filters are good for mid range power, (2nd-4th gear) therefore pickup not that good.
And when u tong ur pipe, definitely u wanna go higher top end. So the mechanic will change the air settings to higher end range. So when u idle, it will like wanna die wanna die pattern, but your top speed... will be better...
(when u do something on your pipe, air settings will change too) -

Original Factory TZM is already very powerful, and the best settings. If u mod, can go fast, but then u have to see who mod. If u give the wrong person mod, he do the settings all like fuck.... the TZM suxx liao lor... -

Tong ur pipe, means cut open ur pipe, remove all the blocking chambers inside. These chamber are actually to reduce the air flow from your engine, so that its power will be reduced, also known as (powercut).
So when u tong ur pipe, gradually you can get the maximum air pumped out from your engine, thus increase the acceleration of your bike. -
another way to describe tong pipe is....
you go jogging, then you take a piece of cloth and wrap around your mouth.
