buying phantom 200...

  hi, i intended to trade in my fs nsr150 for $3200 for a phantom at $5500... can someone tell me whether it worth it or not... also tell me the pros and cons of phantom 200... thanks...

  to my knowledge, ta200 can be found for a price around 4.7k otr now.
  
  anything more expensive than that depends on what comes with it,
  
  for your nsr150 sp which has a yearly insurance bill of 1k+ and a hunger for 2t,
  think i'll rather have a ta200 which is new, no 2t intake,
  runs 300km before touchin reserves and insurance cost of below 500.
  
  fyi, i'm riding a ta200 at current. feel free to pm me for further queries on the bike.

  my sp keep giving me prob... keep spoiling lah... spend a lot on it still no ok... some more TA200 more easy maintain and eat less petrol... no need 2t too...

  i do agree that the stock irc tyres are slippery and the brake sets aint fantastic.
  
  my personal opinion is to change the rubber to metzler ones and the brake pads to
  SBS street (at least)
  
  but other than that, dun understand why must have pei gim luei.
  care to elabroate?

  nismo is well known for anti-phantom one...he think that all phantom rider will die sooner or later on the road, however i saw more sport bike in accident than anything else..
