if a ktm 200 rider blows his throtle at you, do you dare to accept his challenge?
can a ktm 200 out-accelerate a krr and nsr easily? -
actually it all depends on the rider itself....doesnt matter wat bike u ride....but i think as for pick up, ktm will win.....but anything after dat, i think sportsbike can out acclerate them

ehhh i would really like to noe how to pick up fast using nsr....anyone got tips?
coz i found tat my bike pickup can actually lose to vespa or those old bikes.....kaozz.....but maybe it's becoz i dun rev very high lor.....
so to pickup fast and win them.......muz rev how much?? -

well keep bowling ur throttle till aorund 5000 if u really wan( i mean serious businese)then let release ur clutch 3l4 b4 ur bitting pt(is my spelling correct.Or for a normall fast pickup blow ur throttle to around 3000 then slowlly let release ur clutch.wat we learn in practical is throttle in and release clutch at the same time.
if u wan to smoke that fellow after pick up, look at ur rpm when its around 6000 clutch in abit only,but dun release ur throttle.ur engine will sound very loud and beware ur gears will wear out

i play pick up with tzm...i rev to 8-9rpm leh. of cos not releasing the clutch only at that rpm la...wat i mean is change gear only at 8-9. if really wan damn fast...until 11 lor...wahahahhahaha

but during gear change wana close n open throttle quickly? or juz leave throttle open while change gear quickly?
then izzit quickly accelerate and go to gear 3 or higher asap? -
jus drag ur gear as long as possible b4 it jammed.drag up to around 7 till the valve opebn

U wanna test pick-up? mmm....for racers, i'm not sure....but for ktm, u rev at 4-5....then release ur clutch at bitting pt. Maintain just above bitting point....just enuff to get ur bike moving b4 releasing the clutch fully and opening throttle big-big. It should go...but be careful...if u do at 2nd gear, may wheelie. -

the general opinion here is that people do respect a KTM 200 because of its awesome acceleration.
the conclusion is never try to take up the challange against a KTM 200.
