  last nite at changi or rather this morning around 3am
  
  at changi costal road
  
  at one of the dark airport emergency exit
  
  2 diversion 900s and one volvo s-40 were camping there
  
  they have various equipment wif them including 2 " grey boxes" they put on the floor, those were speed detecting devices featured on one of the episode of crime watch
  
  gd luck to all bikers n drivers who went to test top speed there
  
  u cant see them unless u r 50m or nearer
  
  fella mates be informed that costal rd is not as safe as b4
