  i need to know how much does it cost to add 2nd rider on a bike .is it expensive?.cause im buying a bike from my friend and i dont intend to change owership.just add on to sub-rider

  if you are renewing insurance at the same time, the first rider would just need to pay the higher of the two insurance fee
