Fuel Consummation

  Let this thread giv ppl an idea how much petrol each bike is drinking...
  
  I'll start of with mine.
  
  Kips -- 1litre last 31km

  Already got a thread on this... Btw, how you measure 1 litre last how many km??? You pump full tank then you divide by total km? Then wat about reserve???

  You pump full tank and reset ur meter, run for about 150km, go pump full again, use 150(See your meter at the time you pump) divide by the amt of litres you pump... Then you get avg 1 litre last how many km.

  wah kips full tank is how much?if its abt 10litre then can hit 316km with full tank?
  
  power leh.my sp b4 reserve oni abt 210 to 220km leh.my fren phantom200 oni abt 280km the most leh.u kips damn powerful...

  According to kips spec, the tank capacity is 11.5litres. Thus if 1 litre can last abt 31km, 11.5 litres can last 11.5*31=356.5km... But in my opinion, I dun think the tank can pump so much leh.
  
  Ppl alway compare kips with SP. Both bike quite similar... But of cos there are some diff, ppl ride SP will say SP is better while ppl riding kips will say kips better...

  The amount of fuel used depend on your riding style, if you always wack all the way, you used more petrol say 20km/litre. If you ride slowly, never exceed 5k rpm and during down slope you don't throttle and let gravity do it's job, getting 50km/litre is not a problem at all. Your carburator got 3 types of jet settings, if you go very high rpm, it can suck your petrol tank dry in a matter of minutes.

  Wah, I must say 30++ km per litre is really very good mileage!! Din know kips so fuel economical .....

  Got bike can achieve 60km for 1 litre petrol? I throw away my kips. hahaz. I think those 25cc bike running on petrol can achieve it, but top speed only 30km/h.
