  3.7k fer FV phantom? hmm... sounds ok to me, but how old r u? now insurance depends on ur age to determine the price...

  Also need to know how much is 2nd party insurance and how much is transfer fees. Me just got my license and i need some information .... kindly help ....

  FYI , market rate is abt 4.7k(1st hand) with 3rd party insurance ..
  ( no additional accessories ie, IU unit , box etc )
  what do you think ?
  thats say if your friend is selling 3.7k and say insurance[3rd party] @ 300+ transfer fee ($70 ), adds up to est,4.1k
  erm .. difference of $600 .
  what i think is if you can afford the 3.7k why not get a brand new one which is hassel free and is FW plate and even can chose your fav color ..and one more thing got to take note. did your friend run in properly ? a good run in will affect the performance in the future.
