Transfer of name

Hi guys.. got a serious problem here.. dad found out i got bike... becos the bloody bike shop send red letter to my house~!!! i went overseas so never pay for one month only. they like that.. sianz. but that's not the main problem.. now is i told him that's my fren bike.. just use my name only.. so he ask me to transfer the name,... problem is i sae okie.. i go and change.. the thing is i need to know the proceedours before i tell him i change liaoz. or else he ask me.. i also don't kno0w.. just go to bike shop and change.. then bike shop help us.. or have to go to what LTA or ROV to change or what?? PLEASE HELP .. urgent urgetn~!!!!

say u went LTA at bishan... only took five mins t fill up a form... cost u 70 bucks...... that's all.... and u will get a new log card for the new "owner"
