see, take it positively. u are not alone. there are others like you, all running until toungue hanging, sweat like showering.
like it anot, u gotta do it. but look at all those ppl who say ns was good, wats the difference between them and those who condemn it? they took it positively. trust me, by taking things positively, you will avoid yourself unnecessary pain. ns is SUPPOSED to increase your fitness, you will definitely feel a little pain, not just from running, but from lotsa other stuff which i will leave u to find out for yourself

. but when you take things positive, end of the day, after the 'suffering', u will start to talk cock wif colleagues and laugh about wat u did earlier, and ultimately enjoy yourself. i'm sure fellow forumnites will agree wif me on this. if u take things negatively, while training you will suffer, after training u kaopei kaobu dont enjoy, so then obviously you wont enjoy your ns.
