Collection of $$$$ for BBQ session

Dear ppl, before i could get any food, i need to collect $$$ from u guys.... Detail of the meeting place is as follow:
Date: 1 JUNE 03
Venue: Bugis Mac
Time: 7pm Sharp
Less than 20 pax, will be $20 PER HEAD.
Above 20 Pax, will be $15 PER HEAD.
Location of bbq at EAST COAST PARK.
For those ppl, unable to make it on the above date for the collection of $, kindly contact mi at 92746291 during office hrs.
Those cfm coming for the collection of $, kindly leave down ur name, nick and contact nos and sms mi on the above nos.
Last min withdrawl will not be entertainted.
SOOOOO guys, hope to c u on the 1 JUNE 03 k...... in order to pay less, make sure u guys go for the BBQ..... PLSSSSS support my 1st BBQ outing k.... -

I think it will be great if you can confirm with us the bbq date in advance before collection of $, since the pit is a must. The reason being some might not be available on that day itself(Paid & cannot go), while some(After knowing the date & want to join) might hold back because they are unsure whether they can make it, but if the date is confirm, it make the picture clearer. Those that can go sure go, while those cannot, no choice. As for amount of food to prepare, you can decide after collecting all the $.
Collection of $, you can accept people direct transfer using internet banking to your bank account, make thing easy for everyone since now everything work on high tech.

i agree wif wat ya sae.... but u shd noe lor, sum ppl sae wana go then end up cant be bothered to inform any1 then the food wasted then we got to pay for it..... oso no fair wat.....
i dun think u guys cant make it on sundae rite??? those need to book in is before 2359 hrs mah..... the bbq start at 3pm and end at 10.30pm the latest..... soooo dun worry la.... those no transport wan, still can manage to catch bus and train lor.... -

Pls take note sally ... Details of BBQ location and timing will only be out on 1st june @ 7pm at bugis juntcion mac ... So we need the person to come down personally ... as for funds transfer for internet banking pls do it after 1st june ... by 1st june everything would be ready ...

if people wanna cheap and good outing.. due to the fact of of money problem..
how about an outing to east coast's cafe for a coffee in the evening and water games in the noon.....total cost including petrol will be less then ten dollars....
in short, it means we meet up and eat our own.... yet we have fun together.... idea? -
