Hi BeRyLLiuM, how much deposit u pay?
If not rugi too much, Y not go to another motortiam.
I buy my 1st bike Honda Cub from A.S. Phoon Changi, now my RXZ oso from them. Both bikes until now nvr give problem. Their bike not the cheapest but no hidden costs.
Still got many good motortiam arn, juz tt need to open eyes BIG BIG before putting down $$$.

yah if ur deposit not much, just take the full face and leave. If u continue having customer relationship with Yuh Loong, ur nightmare is just the beginning... Break any involvement with YUH LOONG ok??? If u throw ur deposit away, and buy another bike elsewhere, u can save up alot more....

berylium ya put deposit.....but u havent "chu chia" so maybe by right u can still ask for ur deposit back lor......somemore u only using tat deposit buy other bike in the same motordiam rite?
anyway i bought my nsr about 1week ago at unity motors also for 6.9k otr. so far gave me no problems......and the mechanics at unity very frndly n helpful.....they got the honest n hardworking look lor......i buy castrol tts from them they also warn me not to buy frm ah boy.....so i think u can consider unity motors at bukit merah lane3.

er... if u really wanna sue the mototiam then i think u can go this forum and ask. coz got 1 guy oso sued a mototiam thru the help of ppl from this forum.
he's around 21 or 22 only, forgot buy wat bike liao. i think is katana.. then alot of probs, bring go back for warranty even more things spoil in the end must pay more money.

they are in a better position to advise you. this might some troublesome, but if you want to get your deposit back this is the best recourse.

if he engages a lawyer, he has a high chance of getting back every single cent he spent.
also, the law firm will bare all charges if they lose the case, and if they win, the shop bears the fees.
so in the other guy's case, when he threatened to sue southern motors, suddenly the people in the shop turned ultra nice to him. the boss called him personally to ask him to withdraw the case saying he'll give him back part of the case.
the guy rejected, saying either all the money, or none.
i haven't kept up with the case, but the latest news i checked is the shop offered to bear all charges of repairs and even offer him a refund.
