  coz mine both oso nt wrkin...

  wat bike?
  
  most bikes have thm both run by cable. jus have thm replaced.

  for speedo , juz turn out the nut behind ur speedometer , and thescrew out the nut near ur front wheel ...rpm i not very sure ...

  juz went 2 wrkshop... replaced speedo/rpm cable, horn, batt, headlight bulb.. all for 89bucks.. duno cheap anot...
