Wat's wrong wif the bike when at ard 65km/hr, if change gear 3 or 4, it seems not very smooth? The motortiam ppl say something wrong wif the valve, anyone has any idea wat's wrong??
also it vibrates a lot as teh speed incrases, any remedy to that?
btw PasirGudang, you once post something about tyre, i cannot find it liao, so how to choose a good tyre for a bike? (of coz anybody also welcome to give comment larr) -
judge the valve problem by RPM, not the speed,coz the valve operates accordingly to the RPM, not the speed,
the bike vibrates , most likely is not enuff combustion, try open throttle abit higher, see if it works... -

y dun u try to locate the valve and observe it for awhile, see whether it opens or close
usaully at 1-3k when u start your bike, it shld open, 4k-8k it will close and then at 8 k it shld open
this is the configuration for my bike, i dunno about yours, but it shouldnt be too far -

it will open at 1-3k one, if not how to pick up, got one time my valve jam, then i pillion, the pick up is like 0-20 in 5-8 seconds, it will open one la, just open your own valve and see, start the engine, it will open, then revv up will close, until 8k then open again..

actually how does the opening and closing of valve affects the engine? like how does this whole mechanism work ?

ok this is the hard part..
i m seriously not sure myself, BUT then this is wad i think, the valve controls your fuel intake, the reason why it open in the beginning is for your pick up, it closes in the mid range coz u dun need that much power n this is the part where u will be most of the time, in this way it help u save petrol also, then for high rev, it gives u the power u need, if not, then u wont be in high rev....

hmm maybe it varies for bikes... my bike opens at 6-7k there abt.... can feel tt the bike wanna chiong sort of feeling..
