Questions on aprilia...

I am getting an extrema soon but i dun know whether to put the aprilia stock pipe or milo pipe. can i know if kenna caught by TP must pay how much fine. Servicing aprilia expensive anot? Then insurance the motorshop person say $800+ for a third party. cos i am 18 years old.

I heard now the aero pipe kanna caught is $700 dollars leh... so expensive...

u got the $$$ buy better bike or do other things with it
rather u kui toh the milo for 250 bucks
same milo, inspection pass, SLIGHTLY less power as rs pipe

u wanna get insurance get from mitsui marine
cos china insurance dun insure riders under 21 liao.
addy is somewhere in golden mile there. go find urslf and ask them the price cos agent and hq do insurance at diff prices

u wanna get extrema be prepared another 1500 for insurance and in case ur parts spoil.
sure spoil wan coz extrema quite an old bike liao.
once parts spoil = pocket burn hole until wallet drop out

My Tp is on Nov 15. So hopefully i can pass lah... Cos i Failed Prac 8 a few times. So if pass TP straight away they give you license rite then i go to motortiam and get my bike lor... the procedures to get bike take long time anot? So on 15 nov any of you free???
Can help me go see... I went to another motortiam along jalan besar. The insurance he tell me abt $900++... even worse. Somemore third party cos he say bike older the five year cannot get first party. Can get third party must "tao cheo" already -

I haven take TP yet. I Fail Practical 8. six times. Haizzzz. Waste so much $$$ i waiting for TP lor. The instructor stupid one. we waiting to make U-turn then very heavy rain. Never stop let us wear rain coat. ask us to carry on. go back ssdc, everybody all wet....

hi ppl.....hehe the most impt thing while taking tp ahh is confidence ahh.....muz remember to have confidence...
also hor a small tip on the circuit course like figure8, s-course, pylon,etc...slowly take ya time ahh dun hurry coz wait kenna kerb or foot touch grd is immediate fail...whereas if u dun get complete within the time limit only minus few points nia...so be smart~~

Now 2B so hard to pass ah? During my time was one shot pass. If take twice mean the rider very jialat already. I heard that 2B now minimum take 3 times. But If you book many revision parctice easier to pass. Becos the TP will discuss with the instructors using ur IC to determine whether you deserve to pass or not if the failures too many.
Aprilia is a very great bike. But used aprilias all have lots of problem. So why not get a lesser problem bike like SP and KAWASAKI150? Kawasaki 150 if properly modified, not bad one. I once met a KAWASAKI 150 on the race track at Pasir Gudang. The rider was damn good. The bike was fully expoited by the rider. I had difficulty overtaking the Kawasaki 150 with my RS250 at that time. But Kawasaki 150 must raise the entire rearsets and change tyres to suitable proper tyres (front 110/60 rear 130/60) (soft compound tyres dun get dunlop arrowmax. get something like GPR70, ME Z1 or any tyres you can use. But check the compound) . And the rider must not be big sized. Then the brake pads must change to 'HH' grades and use steel brake hose.

When I was going to take my tp the 1st time...the day defore cannot sleep,turn here n there.
In the morning woke up really early,cannot tahan the feeling...
I wore my fav color clothings...mostly black and my own black zeus helmet,believing in myself not to wear those smelly,white helmets....
around 11am,TP results...to my disbelieve,i tot i get 79 points but den i remembered it was my tag number...hehe
Looked at the back of the paper...6pts...hehe -
Very important...
(1)Act like the kuay kuay type...
(2)Stay cool & calm(like taking self-practice)
(3)Full concentration...
(4)Get a gd night sleep the previous nite...
(5)Pai sin b4 u go in the morning...
(6)If u got tattoo on yr arms, make sure u cover it...
(7)Don't wear like ah bengs...
(
Drink "ang gu"
(9)Do yr very best in whatever that's tested...

also, make sure when u clear the courses, u must do everything so that the tester can see that u are confident and in control. Example, like, if u doing figure8 wobble here and there, eyes never look far ahead, body twitch here twitch there, the tester will feel that u are not skilled enough to confidently control ur vehicle, he sure will try his best to fail u one, even if u never strike kerb or put your leg down. Same as class 3 test lah.
But at the end of the day, we need some good luck lor...
