This maybe aliitle out of point but juz want to ask u guys wat to do...opposite my g/f house got someone ard 30+ 40 using binoculars to look into her house..then sometimes he naked n stand on something then he start to masturbate...when my g/f call me to see he quickly jump off then switch off the lights...i wanted to call the police but my g/f parents scared he might do something to their hse....wat to do????

u wan to call police but dun wan ur gf to get into trouble...make sure the police can do something about it lah....for eg. jail or wat. so....maybe u can try getting evidence before u get the police...so he can't escape with some stupid warnings or escape cos no evidence...
this is wat i can think of...hehe...maybe u can try this if u are free. -

Don need evidence also can make a report, POLICE will conduct an investigation, and it's better than u keeping quiet bout it.

Use a camera snap a quick picture of him while he is peeping.

If u have video cam, try to tape him down 1st for the evidence, then call the police. If no evidence he can probably escape... understand? Or take picture with a camera while he wanking and looking.
