NSR 125 Problems?

Hiz ppl..
I just bought an NSR125 hornet. Can anyone tell me what I should look out for? What are the maintainence I should have on this bike.. like when to change oil etcetcetc...?

i don mean anything but... Y u buy THAT bike?
anyway...engine oil can last abt 1 to 1 1/2 mths....2t everytime must check yrself one...once u hear funnie sounds u better get it checked...esp if its nsr125...good luck wif yr bike... any inquiries... juz pop a mail in here and we will try to help u out

nsr125 my first bike. your's kick or elect. start one? for the 2T ....ther's red light at the rpm meter once lighted up means 2T low liao. y get this bike not much power....try top speed only 160 with pipe change . better look after it well the CDI cost you $700plus . any question on this bike that you like to know feel free to ask me. i also got the user manual

Well I am not really going for power. I really like the looks of this bike and anywayz thats all I can afford for a 2B sports bike though. Hey you got the manual? Hmm can I get a zap of it?

My is the electric start version. Whats the diff? I am told that the kick start version is the SP model. More poweer I suppose? Anywayz I would't get a kick start bike unless it is a scrambler. Dun wanna morning wake up kick like mad.

I'm riding the kick start version one.. would like to ask u what is the recommonded spark plug for NSR 125 R in the user manual? Can advise? Thanks -

the spark plug in the manual is either BR9ECS or BR10ES . and for anyone who like to zap the manual pls leave your contact no. so i can call you up .

Could you advise on the brand of the 2 above-mentioned sparkplugs? And which is the "cold" plug and the "hot plug" Thanks.

both also NGK ... i think the 9 one is "hot" and the 10 is 'cold' .....i personally find is better to use 9 loh! hey! how's your bike ....any mod that you did? your's kick or elec start? -

No mod. none, bike is fully stock. Thanks for the info. As on the bike, very good acceleration speed but only moderate top end. (160km/h) But planning to change bike as 2A is still one month to go..

Use DENSO IRRIDIUM, i tried, my pickup increases~ Cost abt $25/plug. Size 8 for my TZR.
