Yah lah how to find a p-plate among so many bikes in sg? Maybe u can try marking ur p-plates, so that u can recognise them if u spot them on someone else's bike. Then its time to put the thief's bike to sleep.

i think no pt making the report.. maybe the neighborhood police post would jail you for a night for being a nuisance -
sometimes is they dun believe
coz everyday they surely catch many ppl without p plate one
and most common excuse is "kena stolen"
