sian... jus now i had a accident but no 1 injure... i was riding bike as i was moving at the side of the road caus it was traffic jam.... then there is a place where can turn left.... i donno wether the car has signal left...... i was not moving fast.. then i move pass him... then he suddendly turn left and knock into me as he was turning in...... then my bike scratch his car.... at the front door near the mirror.... and he ask for a claim..... and i giv him all the detail of mine as my friend was rushing off....
so now may i knoe who is wrong?? should i pay for the repair or report to the police?? or i should pay for it??
wat if he knock is a cyclist??? i think he nber check the side mirror and blind spot...if he got check he would not knock into me.....
can some 1 help me???

got 2 choice. 1 is you ownself go to your insurance company there and lodge a report 1st. 2nd is you wait for him to lodge report with insurance, then they will send a letter to you asking you to validate the claim, if he claim alot, then u can reject the amount. -

ya, i agree tat run away is the best if you ownself is okie, who cares about his car anyway.
i happen to haf the same experience as you also.
was on 1st lane when a car just turn into the side lane at my side, i horn and siam him so i did not head on on him. my brake pad was slightly lifted, but usable, crashcbar dented, but i saw his car haf 1 big chunk of paint came off, i faster run, save the arguing, cause im always right.
