Weird encounters

  Today was from Tampines to Balastier along the PIE saw highway patrol stopping a van.
  
  On the way back more interesting, Saw a TP stopping a van at CTE. Then while traveling on lane 1, i saw a bike approaching fast from behind. It was a blue colour bike, not TP. I went to lane 2 to let him overtake. But the funny thing was, the rider has dark skin like an indian, short hair. But he nv wear helmet!!!!!!! He zoom pass me quite fast, about 140+kmh. I was stunt for a while, not by his speed but more because he was not wearing a helmet!! Btw, i think he is riding a blue fazer.
  Then at TPE say another highway patrol again but was at the opp direction. A short trip only see so many TPs liao.

  singh issit? i noe there is a singh riding blue fazer leh.. big size one..
  singh no wear helmet mah.
  or his turban drop? Modern singh.. got cut hair one leh.. the turban is like a "hat" like that nia.. "for show" one
  or his turban black colour..camouflaged.. u can't see?
  or maybe ur eyes too small.. vision kenna blocked? den heng heng the turban kenna blocked?

  i ever saw a CHINESE UNCLE on ECP riding at around 110kmh on his phantom without helmet
