how much should i sell my bike?

  i thinking of selling my bike to a friend....
  but i dunno how much i should ask from him....
  i got my kips for around 7k intotal, pretty ex at the time of purchase....
  left $2465.... how much should i ask for it?
  hope to get an advice....
  
  ps: never mod much, just change chain to thicker one and the spocket to a smaller one.... resprayed, and tong the stomach of the exhaust....

  What plate isit? Maybe sell for $3K - $3.5k lor.

  plate is FU99**
  bought on 1june 2002.....
  if i sell to someone, he needs to reloan or can just change the name etc?

  this one u have to ask ur bikeshop. diff bikeshop diff rules.

  call up a few bike shops. ask if they have a kips. find one similar to your year, get the price. minus the $2465 minus the transfer fees... there u got it...

  you will save more the longer you ride lay!
  u buy at 7k 1st year
  1st year sell - value loss 2k or more
  2nd year sell - value loss 2.5k or more
  3rd year sell - value loss 3k
  4th year sell - value loss 3k-3.2k
  5 year sell - value loss 2.9k
  hehe dun ask me how i got this amount ..
  coz i been always on the out look for the Value.
  im riding Sp .. i brought it at 6k
  now value is only 3.5k for FT plate
  FS plate still high on value oso around 3k
  PLS correct me if i'm wronge thx...
  
  im now looking for a S4
  but the prices is dropping heavily ..
  FU -vtec1 cos ard 11k *maybe due to Vtec2*
  now less then 7k ... 4k diff.. wow ..
  someone told me Vtec3 coming soon .. im not so sure oso ..can anyone here comfirm me on this?
  i think vtec1 prices will drop further is vtec3 really coming!
  
  btw .. after FZ plate, anyone knows wat will be the next coming plate???
