  wats the website for the traffic police? find very long still cannot find leh wah kau....
  
  i wanna find out about how much fine i carry for using a helmet without the approval sticker, not using P-plate and not putting on the helm strap properly..

  I'm curious why would you want to take such big risk not strapping your helmet properly? No one can predict when will they be involve in an accident. Therefore, when you don't strap your helmet properly, your helmet will fly off your head in an accident. When that happen..... regrets will be too late.... As the saying goes and very true.... "prevention is better than cure"

  i wear my full face also never tie properly leh... cos the helmet against my face quite tight already; always thinking "today does not seem like the day to buang".. haha. hmm.... how many of u guys/gals also do the same?

  if u know u today going to buang, u still so kum lan ride bike go out meh? if i know i gonna buang today i stay at home watch cartoon sua better.

  put 1 p plate can save you $120, can prevent you license kena kantong, like that oso dunno wanna put.
