NSR modification (appearance)

1. I want to make rear suspension higher 5-10cm, how much $$ to do this? Will TP catch me and how much I will be fined?
2. If I modify the rear tyre so it has plastic chasis (just like Kawasaki ZXR400 back tyre), can it be done and how much $$? Will TP catch for this kind of modification?
NOTE: If u don't know what *chasis* I talking about, pls refer to: http://www.importmc.com.au/bikes/zxr400/images/zxr400medium.jpg
(you will notice there is black plastic frame above the rear tyre)

I got friend (indonesia) did that in his small bike (kind of kriss), he changed the suspension into monoshock some more... dunno how the mechanic did that, and how stable is the bike, but looks very fierce! And he make the suspension higher 10cm too ... so the bike *looks like* scrambler...

Does KRR Kips rear tyre have the same size as NSR SP's? I see some KRR already, but the rear tyre looks smaller .. or it is just my eyes?

err.. better think twice.
my NSR has a very high suspension (max of unmod NSR). it looks cool but iz actually very uncomfy.
the seat is too sloped. has to use my arms to push against handle, otherwise PP keep bang on petrol tank.
Area of contact btw rear and seat oso very small, damn torture for lookin good. -
