chain lubriciant

hei...what kind of chain lubriciant u all use??
i using esso(blue can spray type)...but all the grease start to fall on my rim and i had a hard time washing them....
what kind of lubriciant wouldnt dirty the rim??

Mi using Motorex chain lub, white in colour.
But saw in some magazine they say only lub your chain when it's kinda warm or hot coz the lub will stick to it. Which means ride your bike for a while 1st before lubing.
