Next time you encounter this kinda behaviour, Stop by the road shoulder and give the TP a call. Before that, take down the MAKE/MODEL of the person whom you wish to complain on. And if better, have a witness.

if the cbr thinks its a stare, then he's just itching for a race, and onli too quick to assume all racers who overtake him are chioing him for a race. and anyway like i said, does a stare warrant such behavior as that shown by the cbr? he is still a menace.
