shinn isnt naive.... hes just crazy(look at his reaction at end of ep 34.)
as for kira.... lets just say his ideals sont really belong on that era.
i mean, if he had just slashed impulse's cockpit when they 1st met, instead of cutting off ONE arm, no more problems....

it seems that spoilers from Gundam Ace magazine indicates that Kira is going to reascue Lacus from PLANT using STRIKE ROUGE!!!

not that i have anything against strike rouge.... but isnt the murasame supposed to be a more advanced unit? why use an outdated unit like strike?
besides, i rather see kira in a gold murasame (though it looks kinda ugly) than see him in pink strike... totally ruins the memories of kira in strike at 1st part of SEED -

strike rough have more protection as compared to them.
It is able to wield a wider range of weapons too. -

Finally parting ways with Dullindal, Athrun leaves Gibratar base.
Taking his helper Meyrin with him, he takes off on a Gouf.
After discovering that, Dullindal gave the cold order "Permission to shot him down"
Chasing after Athrun with Rey, Shinn is deeply troubled . Are they really gonna shoot him down? However, is the final answer that Shinn's gonna come up with really what Dullindal has instructed? Once again, Shinn breaks his SEED and goes to shoot Athrun...!

Dullindal demands the extradition of Logos members who have escaped into Heavens Base. During this time, Shinn confronts Lunamaria. Understanding the pain of losing the one he loves, Shinn promised to Lunamaria that "He will protect her." Suddenly, the EAF launches a pre-emptive attack. The overwhelming power of the Destroy Gundam herded the ZAFT forces. However with his burning vengeance, Shinn was even able to turn the tides of the battle, which had tilted towards the EAF.

Lacus, having returned to PLANT, has been searching "something" which has been concealed. It was something which may reveal Dullindal's true intentions. Lacus was finally able to get her hands on a fragment of that thing. However, just as she was about to return to Kira's side, ZAFT forces stand in her way. When all seems hopeless, Kira arrives in space with the Strike Rouge.

Discarding all the weakness he had during his diemma of whether he should fire at Athrun or not, Shinn was completely engrossed in his determination to get stronger. At that time, they received information that Djibril, who escaped Heavens Base alone, is hiding in Orb. The spearhead of Shinn's hatred begins to target Orb..... -

Destiny Astray
RGX-00 Testament Gundam - (Note: the writer of the article looks to be making personal conjecture based on the outward apperance so there's a lot of "seems like this", "appears to be that" language) A mysterious mobile suit that appears in front of Jess. Equipped with enormous parts on its back that seem to be some kind of flight unit. In the head is a distinctive pair of antenna that are overall much the same as the Out Frame's. Seems to have some type of stealth function though different from the N Dagger N's mirage colloid. It's also noted that the 3 Gundams stolen from Armory One apparently had their model numbers amended by the Earth Alliance (eg., the Abyss was shown designated as RGX-02 when it was shot down).
