Phase 37 - Determination
With the help of Lunamaria, Athrun is able to steal Infinite Justice and escape from Gilbratar. Dullindal orders a pursuit but the strength of a seedmode Athrun stuns Shinn and Rey. Rey's Legend returned damaged and Dullindal laments the loss of Athrun in this crucial time. Meanwhile, Archangel, with the help of Kisaka internally in Orb, convince the military and seize back the control of Orb. Lacus, having heard that Freedom is destroyed, quickly returns to Earth while Andy stays to plot on a robbery of the new MS Strike Freedom Gundam...
Phase 38 - Revival
Lunamaria is arrest for violating military conducts and was sent behind bars in Gilbratar. Shinn asks for mercy from Dullindal, he does not want another person he cares about to die again. In Orb, the Seirans were overthrown and the civilians were celebrating Cagalli's return, while the key members of Archangel discusses the current situation and their next move. Lacus visits Kira, who was rescued when the Murasame team put their lives on the the line to retrieve its cockpit...
Phase 39 - Enemies and friends
Athrun pilots Infinite Justice back to Orb, and united with Kira. Athrun cries for his stupidity in blindly believe Dullindal. Informing them one of Dullindal's true intentions is to wipe out the EA, Kira determines to stop him. Athrun is also shocked to see Mwu, and realizes that he was fighting against him during his time in Minerva. In space, with the help of Yzak and Dearka, who realizes Dullindal's true intention, Andy safely steals the Strike Freedom Gundam.
Episode 34 Spoilers
Durandal makes his statement to all of outer space. and departs for Earth when he finishes. He has revealed "Logos" as the true enemy, working behind the scenes to keep war moving to make money from arms dealing. He also reveals that a member of [presumably the Seiran family, dodgy bit here] is also a member of Logos.
The Archangel is ambushed by a ZAFT team led by a Lesseps class. The Minerva is ordered by the fleet headquarters to bring up the rear and assist in the assault. The Archangel attempts to negotiate with the Minerva, and Shin launches to confront the Freedom.

DESTINY 4th OP info
Sony Music Online Japan announces that T.M. Revolution will be doing the 4th opening song for Gundam SEED DESTINY, "vestige". The tune will be paired with TMR's "crosswise", the theme song for the PS2 Capcom game "Sengoku Basara", and go on sale August 10th. Shinseido Shopping Site says the single will come with a Heine Westenfluss character ID card. "vestige" is referred to there as a "medium ballad".
In addition, in December, T.M. Revolution will release a "request self-cover best album". Which is to say, an album of his own songs redone by himself with the songs chosen by fans through filling out a form that comes with the above single. ¶ 4:31 PM

Edit: From the way Sunrise announces it, it sounds as though "vestige" isn't the 4th opening song at all but more like another insert song like "Meteor". I'll also note it's never specifically referred to as an OP song in any of the sources. That being the case, I'll consider the issue of the 4th opening up in the air for now. ¶ 4:31 PM

Phase 37 - The Sword of Justice
Athrun was able to escape from Gilbratar thanks to the help of Lunamaria. Shinn questions why Athrun is betraying ZAFT again, but Athrun's frustration explodes his seed after learning the dark agenda of the Chairman. Shinn is stunned by the response of Athrun and his ability to fight him on-par. In Orb, Cagalli seizes bak the control of Orb with the help of Kisaka. Andy, realizing that Kira and Archangel needs a new sword in order to fight ZAFT, talked to Dearka...
Phase 38 - Enlightened Path
With the help from Shinn, Luna is able to escape the death penalty. Luna confesses his feelings for Athrun and that makes Shinn very angry. Dullindal blames Orb in supporting LOGOs and prepares a full invasion of ORB after invasion of Heaven base in Iceland. in relation to LOGOs (*My own comment, Apparently one of the guys on the pictures of LOGOs members in Phase 33 is in close relation to the Seirans). In Orb, Lacus, who returned to Earth after Freedom's destruction, reunited with Kira. Meanwhile, Neo Lornoke, having no where to go, finally agrees to stay with Archangel...
Phase 39 - Reunion
The unexpected return of Athrun to Orb causes a big shock within the Archangel members. Athrun informs them of Dullidal's true intention is to, while using to destroy LOGOs as an excuse, destroy the EA fully. Kira deduced that this cannot be Dullindal's full plan and they must fight on to find the truth. Meanwhile, Minerva is heading to Iceland to prepare the annihilation of LOGOs. At the same time, in space, Andy steals the Strike Freedom Gundam with the support of Yzak's team (*Dearka and Shiho as well?) and pilots it back to Earth....
Phase 40 - The deceived world
With the new power of Destiny and Legend, the "Justice Ship" Minerva engages the EA in Iceland. With this overwhelming power, it is a matter of time before the Heaven Base falls. On the other hand, Archangel caught the news of Dulliada's secret order to invade Orb, and so its members discuss its next move. LOGOs, realizing the capture of the Heaven Base could spell the end of their organization, has sent out their last hope. A new blonde hair girl (Sry I stuff up the male "ta" and the female "ta" while translating, if u know chink u will understand) is given a new MS. Her name is Leoni Loussier... (I translate the name again since the Chinese name is hard to translate and I fink this translation will be beta.)

Okay, the real thing this time. Magazines have confirmed that the 4th opening theme will be "Wings Of Words" by the duo Chemistry. The limited version of the single comes with a Kira Yamato character card, while the standard version comes with a Lacus Clyne one. It goes on sale July 27th. ¶ 8:12 AM

Ep36 - "Athrun Escapes" - Dullindal gives Shinn the latest MS, Destiny. Dullindal does the same for Athrun by offering Legend. However, Athrun starts becomes suspicous of Dullindal's motive.
Ep 37 - "Thunder of Darkness " - Athrun is pursed by Shinn and Rey after escaping Minerva. Shinn however could not pull the trigger against Athrun. Meanwhile, Dullindal commences a large offensive against the Earth Alliance.
Ep 38 - "A New Flag" - ZAFT and their Earth-based sympathizer near Logos' headquarter at Heavens Base. However, the battle turns in favor for the Logos. ¶ 7:08 AM
