Want to get second job.
No idea what kind of job.
Any suggestions?
I'm a part-timer. The job there is already paying alot... $1000 a month after CPF deduction is quite alot right?Originally posted by the Bear:moonlighting?
maybe find a better paying job? are you still considered "part-time" there?
A full-timer starts off with almost the same pay as a part-timer. That's after calculating the 13th month pay, bonus, laundry and other allowances. I added all those together and divided the total amount by 12, and the average monthly salary of a full-timer is about the same as what i'm earning now.. and they work double the number of hours.Originally posted by the Bear:if full-timer, how then?

Do banks offer study loans nowadays?
Ayeee. Hehehehehehe. Just that most of the time I'm there, I'm too busy to do anything else than serve customers.Originally posted by the Bear:uhh... girl.. you work in a bank...

i wanted to be a tutor once too.. but after tutoring my sister and almost strangling her, i decided i did not want to be on death row

ahh no.. i mean, a different industry for the second job.Originally posted by the Bear:maybe go ask if you can try out at the loans section?
corporate and personal loans are where banks earn loadsa dosh and it's very very interesting.. you learn how to calculate the gearing ratio, the acid test ratio and all that about a company
