How abt this one?....
You guys know the small sea channel between Labrador Park and Sentosa?..
IN the past, there was a pair of large rocks in that channel. They were shaped like teeth potruding out of the sea and were spaced apart quite widely. They were quite tall also and stood majestically at the channel. People on board boats which passed through the channel were amazed by the beauty of the "teeth"...
Admiral Cheng Ho passed through this channel and called the channel "Long2 Ya2 Men2", meaning dragon teeth gate in chinese. This was due to the pair of "teeth-like" rocks that were there.
However, the rocks were blasted apart....I think it was by the Japanese during WW2 (to allow larger ships to pass through?)...so there are no remains of the rocks now...
