Do not be taken aback by the title. No Hostilities or violence are being involved here. This is a something of a therapy. Something to enjoy and to love doing.
Boxing is the main pretext here, but it is not the kind where 2 fighters go in the ring and fight it out for a converted title or for his personal record. It is more of an exercise or cardio workout, whatever you would like to call it.
Let me offer you some prologue to begin with. In the modern economy, no matter which parts of the globe you are in, we are all prone to stress and anxiety. Records have shown that 4 billion are lost in the US economy alone through the inability of its people in handling stress. 40 billion yen in its equivalent in Japan alone through a period of 6 months.
What do we do when it all comes to boiling point? How do we stop anxiety and all its stress from spilling over? Well.. Freefight.club is one of the solutions, which I offer for a start. ItÂ’s about a bunch of us coming together to Punch. Not each other and driving the living daylights out, but the punching bags and targets.
Basically, we have a studio, put on our gear and Wala ! Lets punch out all the burden and stress that occurs in our workplace and daily lifeÂ’s' all in the name of fun and in a healthy and good cause. Feel the adrenalin ooze out of your knuckles with each blow unleashed on the bag. -

Not selling anything. Just come and join and try out for one lesson and see how is it.
All you have to bring is yourself, a sporting attire. Come, sweat it out and have a good time. It is more of a gathering and a club. From there, lets see where it goes.
