"During a freak storm in September of 2001, I stepped out to check the mail, and was speechless when I saw a double rainbow, that was as beautiful as any I have ever seen. I ran to get my camera. I knew my seven year old daughter would love it. I walked down the street to get a better shot of the field and the old barn with the double rainbow backdrop.
And on my way back I stopped in the middle of the intersection. And I couldn't believe my eyes. The people in their cars were honking their horns at me, as I was holding up traffic. But I stayed put. Didn't they see it? Maybe they did and I was just blocking their view. But I had to get in as many shots (above and below) as I could. It would be gone any second. And nobody would believe me.
Well..... For all of those who still say rainbows never touch the ground, (like i used to)...... take a better look..."
