How about the Night of Demons series aka Demon House? Although they r a bit old (round 1997), but I do consider it worth watching, veri scary, especially "Angela"

For me it's the Exorcist. I don't feel freakish when i'm watching the show but it's only after watching it and recalling do I get the chills.
