Funnel of light...

The Lord's Light
"I am a truck driver. I have been going to Denver and Colorado Springs a lot lately. One afternoon, on 6/29/04, I was heading North up I-25 from Colorado Springs. The weather had been interesting all day. When moisture from the Pacific comes over the Rockies, sometimes it does wild things. Well this afternoon was no exception.
I started seeing this "Funnel of Light" comming down from the clouds on the West side of the Interstate. (The Rockies are on the left side of the photo - where the "Funnel Of Light" is).
I thought it looked real wild so I got out a disposable camera that I had in my truck - it was a 35mm - and I took this photo that you see here with no flash. The "Funnel Of Light" stayed the way you see it here in my photo for as long as it took for my to pass on by it. I called this photo "The Lords Light" because it looked like something was descending from the clouds! Sorry about all the bugs on the windshield"
