guys, anyone knows how to retrieve the contents in your phone memory if the phone has spoilt?
it all happened last saturday when i received an sms. as i pressed to open my inbox, my hp blank out, leaving only a white screen... from then on i can't access my hp's menu. not even numerous times of taking out and re-inserting the battery and memory card can rectify the problem.
the hp model is nokia 6300. before that i already had some problem with the phone. the profile screen will hang everytime i try to access. thus i can't edit my profile. now even worse.
anyone can help? i need to retrieve some information from my hp memory. many thanks. -

try sending it to nokia svc ctr..

cannot get back those stuffs one. once gone sure gone.
but i heard from ppl that those 2nd head dealer, do have a way to get back ALL deteled items on hp.
