it's frustration...
what takes us 2 weeks to do, and they KNOW that, they delay until this morning, then say have to give it to them by 12 Aug... and recently, that department has been asking for a lot of crap which we, under law, cannot deliver... then they flood us with appeals which we must, under law, go through with a fine tooth comb...
i think it's because they're pissed off at us for trying to stay outta jail...

Conjuctivitis need not be very red....its more commonly known to us as Pink eyes. There will be growing blood vessels under the lower eyelids...much more than usual eye and if you r still wearing contacts then GPC is a likelihood.
