i have a colleague who is helping me with my project...
so i have to delegate work for her to do...
but the standard she gives me is below my expectations...
how do i put it nicely to her that i need them to be better..?

whatsmore, she knows the project better than i do...
sometimes there are some things she should know better than i do but she just didnt include the details...
don't know is it she don't know must include, she can't be bothered to include, she overlooked it or that i'm just being too particular over the small small things... -
