You could bargain with the new co.. then say in july u shld be getting increment, which will be about how much.. so ask them if they're able to revise the salary or not lor..
Somemore.. an opportunity like that doesn't come by all the time..

u might want to check with HR of the new company regarding the average increment over the past 3 or 5 years....then see if it is worth going loh -
