  Not exactly. Work starts officially at 10. We come in and shake leg for an hour and actually start doing work at 11. Then lunch. Which lasts four hours (Only if you have no projects ). And then work ends at 7. If we're unlucky, after 7, 8, 9 or even all night if we need to rush this project.
