One, lack of tolerance, not-so-adaptive aptitude. I've been putting up with all that crap from my not-so-professional boss. Took it in my stride. Two, impression that I'm just a kid who can't hold my temper. I held my temper very well in situations where certain colleagues of mine were hoping for me to fail. In any case, I did not just 'throw my temper' and like, scream, or get violent, or whatever. And those colleagues of mine who're friends of mine, they're also leaving. And no, they're not 'kids'.
Three, spread the news? Bad mark under my reference. By all means. Oh, and who would believe a boss, who has a bad reputation, if he defames people? Like I said, I don't need that company to excel me to greater heights, or pull me down to hell. I've got my own two feet.
Mossie's bridges are real. Of course they are. But if the bridges are made of sticks, paper or some imaginary flimsy material. Would they last? Or even withstand what's crossing it?
And of course, being me, I'll just leave. Why make them pay? No point wasting anymore energy on this company, which is most probably just going to die. -

Thank you for your advice then. Sorry for being such an asshole. I'm prolly to blinded by my unhappiness of why people don't take me seriously, must be because of how I look. I've always been that kind of friend people turn to only when they need something, nothing more, I'm like a safety net, or the other alternative.
