project sponsors are none other than the snr mmt, they are the one that will facilitate the project ( aka sponsor)...
the after that...there is the project managers....follows by team leaders...the team leaders also report to their own dept HOD...which is also the snr mgmt...
if that particular HOD aka snr mgmt is not the sponsor of the particular project, they will not put in their blessing for the project, they will say " my sales mgr need to do sales leh...etc etc..."
so i am caught in all these cross fire -

it figures, new kid on the block; your neck is already out there, they only need to provide the axe.
you've probably tried explaining your situation to the GM? but it's not gonna work unless there's some direct action from him,

i've talked to him...but he was a bit upset...cos he threw in big $$$ to got one never heard before consultancy to come in to do up a plan...and a newbie came in and torn and threw everything out of the window...
the position is not new...he was new...
the position under the previous GM was better guided... -

hunters need an incentive before they'll willingly divert their resources to these combined projects; it affects their paycheck directly
its a matter of managing the expectations of both the top and the ground level really? still got hope what! -
