that's different. you're meeting your boss wat. no matter what, you have to wait.
but when you have a group meeting with a lot of people.. and if the meeting is postponed.. its general courtesy to inform everyone about it... -
But this boss.. really scary. He becomes violent one. His oldest son voiced out i remember on one occasion and he took the tea served to splash on his face man. the FACE... n i can see that it was hot n he just sat there holding it in... shaking. And another occasion he kicked the table so hard he broke his own foot n he was even more angry!

But working directly under him many kang tao and $$$ and bonus is really really fat!

such boss is terrible. so low EQ.. cannot control his own temper and vent it on other ppl..

He really instills fear one. But he is very smart... like crazy smart or something. Nobody dares to say no. I suppose its so effective that.. ppl get things done. N dont care how they do it.. as long as its done.
But his own 2nd son screwed him real bad... cheated one of his companies money. N then went to taiwan do business.. then bankrupt it with his fathers name knowing his father wants face n settle for him n disowning him. Then to realise that it was his 2nd son's master plan all along.Bankrupt his own company so when money was paid to settle it , it goes back to him anyways. Now he got so much money he open his own company which is very successful in taiwan. Think few years back it was in the news. -
