  rinse means just put the liquid in your mouth and soak in your mouth
  
  gargle means tilt your head back and open your mouth to blow air through the liquid with the "bloop bloop bloop" sound

  gargle, u "throw" it back n "gorrrrr~~~"
  
  rinse only close ur mouth n teeth n move the liquid ard in the front n side areas mah...
