Probably quite nice too but the cheese will be like those on the pizza... very "elastic" if you get what I mean...

I usually go for the 1kg block as the pre-sliced one is quite expensive and it's not a good value for money for us, given the rate we are going through it.

I'm a cheese lover =P
got those grated/shredded ones? easier to spread on the bread or whatever =D
I should make a triple cheese sandwich with parmasan, mozarella and cheddar with bacon =X

very lazy to cut... so i buy the already sliced packet... the price not a huge diff if in short term... but considering the taste and u dun have to cut the block of cheese urself, i tink it's ok...
i usually put the mixed peas and lucheon meat(if no hotdog) on the bread and a layer of the cheese... it taste like pizza~
just now tomato sauce.. that's all...

I don't mind the shaved parmasan cheese but not the powder form one. It smells like baby's vomit. Sorry people... ![]()
i've always wasnted to try blue cheese... =P
Powdered cheese is a no no unless it's on pizza... I love the taste of freshly melted cheese... Whenever i go BBQs i will make my special baked cheese potato.

I posted this on Club 30 "Share your recipes" thread a while ago.... you can try it out...
Beckham Pear
and Blue Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
2 x big Beckham Pear - preferably very ripe ones (more juicy)
Mayonaise
Blue cheese/Cream Blue cheese
Method:
Peel off the skin on the beckham pears. Cut them into small cubes
and put them in a bowl. Add in some mayonaise (just enough to mix
well with the pear) and a small bit (to your liking ) of blue
cheese. Mash the blue cheese in the bowl and mix it well with the
mayonaise and pear.
It makes a very good side dish with BBQ/grilled food. ![]()
