no need to quit... my contract ending end of march.. now looking ard...
anyway, i really lost interest in this coy.. it's all crap.. lately ive been purposely not doing lots of things that im suppose to do...

anyway i tink it's abit lame to "convert" from agency contract to company contract.. to me, im still under contract. and the only benefit that i get from coy contract is the SGD1.00 meal subsidise... and HR actually set rules like "employees are not allow to purchase drinks from the canteen with taht SGD1.00 if u have lunch outside."
it's just a fucking $1....
to "convert" from agency contract to coy contract doesn't even secure my job....

i advertised for 1 position.. within 1 night, i had over 50 applications..
and many of them are over qualified for the position.. and a lot of them can "start work immediately"..
