  ccleaner // this is good , not virus scanner but help to clean out temp file and bad registry

  avg is good for free scanner .. u can use those online free scanner to scan first no need to install ..

  scan with those free online scanner first if u dont feel like installing .. ... if not download Kaspersky-Virus-Removal-Tool and malwarebytes

  cccleaner is good if u want to install .. if not virus scanner but it help to clean out temp file registry etc .. if u lazy to delete them yrself

  just make sure u din back up the virus....

  so do scan the backup once u clean up ur computer......

  before restoring the old files back....
